Multi2000 systems benefits from a Multiplexed hardware architecture allowing to build version from 16x64 (digitised channels x transmitter/receiver) up to 128x512 to better fit to all requirements for laboratory and industrial environment.

Such architecture offers a wide flexibility to drive linear, annular array transducers. Matrix array probe can also be used with the available number of digitised channels (see Matrix product).

All conventional inspection modes (Pulse-echo, through-transmission, tandem, twin crystals, Tofd…) can be applied, or you can also create your own inspection mode.

Multiplexed architecture is well fitted to most Phased Array applications in industrial environment :

- Linear electronic scanning applying several angle of inspection

- Sectorial, angular scanning,

- Sequence of various electronic scanning (Multi Salvo) applied in a same inspection setup.

The hardware relies on Multi2000 software for real time data imaging :

- 2D, 3D corrected Bscan (cut view) can be displayed together with component CAD,

- Cscan cartography, availale in Multi Salvo, multi probes.

Multi2000 software controls the hardware; it describes the testing configuration, acquires and display data from the inspection. CIVA modules are included in our software to simulate the testing configuration and compute relevant focal laws.

Remote/Control software tools are supplied to integrate M2M systems inside automatic inspection machine. These tools make use of Ethernet to control M2M software and hardware, to synchronise them with external devices and to export data resulting from the inspection.
